Gates and Warm Up Arena open 1hr before the first rider of the day. Please ensure that you arrive via Laith Staid Lane. Our Driveway signed 'Huddleston Grange is unsuitable for parking area access, and you will have to reverse.
Contact us the day before if you require access earlier. Please arrive early to allow time for any course walks, warm-up and any other preparation you may need.

You will need to bring along proof that your horse is compliant with our vaccination policy. This can be a passport, invoice or letter from the vet. A photo is acceptable but we must be able to clearly see that the vaccination record matches the horse. Apr - Oct months random checks will be made for compliance. Oct - Mar all horses will be checked.

We pride ourselves on offering you the best facilities we can, but in order to do so, we need your help. Please don't offer haynets outside of your trailers/boxes. And clean up any droppings at the parking area. We have tools there if you need to borrow. 

Times are approximate and may vary slightly. Do check for any known amendments before travelling. We will do our best to be economical with your competition times to help you get the most out of the event. Late Clear Round entries may be accepted if you are ready 15 minutes before the start of the competition.

Please remember that we have no card facilities in the Quarry, if you need to make extra entries.
